We regret to inform all of our customers that the State of Indiana has imposed an ADDITIONAL 15% tax on all vape products, bringing the total tax rate to 30% effective July 1st 2025.
Here is what is in the bill:
- The new tax rate comes from 2025 House Bill 1001 “State Budget”
- The State of Indiana will be charging 30% ON TOP of the 7% Indiana sales tax
- This legislation was passed with MINIMAL public input
- This legislation increased the cigarette tax by $2 per pack
- This is NOT an excise tax, the money raised from this will not be going toward the health of Indiana consumers, and will instead be going to the Indiana General Fund.
